ABC Real Estate Introduces a possible solution to Real Estate Problems
abcrealestatellc.com
Logan, UT- ABC Real Estate LLC introduced a unique concept for the housing market when their President, Preston Parker, told reporters of their plans to enable buyers and sellers to progress.
“We want to help people be able to progress even in the current recession,” said Parker.
Parker said the innovative process known as “beneficiary directed equity holding land trusts,” includes four main parties that all contribute, and benefit. The seller beneficiary is the party that provides the home to sell. The buyer beneficiary is the party that will make the monthly payments on the home. The investor beneficiary is the party that provides the initial house payment. Then the credit beneficiary is the party that provides the clean credit record. All of these parties work under a Trustee who witnesses the regular house payments from the buyer, allowing the buyer to gain credit and someday purchase the home. ABC Real Estate acts as the Guarantor which facilitates the whole process by doing all the paperwork and finding the clients.
“You could lose money, its real estate there is always a risk,” said Parker.
There are insurance companies that have partnered with ABC Real Estate in order to decrease the amount of risk. This system works better than the previous system because it enables those with poor credit to get into a home without a landlord. Then make payments without fear of foreclosure or eviction. The stipulations such as move out date, payment date, and percentages given to the parties as profit are all agreed upon in a contract signed between all of the Beneficiaries.

ABC Real Estate LLC was created by Preston Parker three years ago, and is patent pending. It is the first of its kind in northern Utah. Parker’s ideas were influenced by some colleagues out of Salt Lake and California. However the actual concept started back in the 30s when land values fell similar to now. Parker is optimistic about the influence this ability given to the public will have on the public.

Faith-
I know everyone was rushed doing this in class and there's really not much to comment on, but I just noticed your headline. I would capitalize innovative approach. Good luck wih the final draft!
Faith,
I think you have a great start. Once you have more time to expound upon it you'll be able to really write a great press release. But overall, you're off to a good start!
Nice start, the structure is all there to finish filling it all in. I would suggest thinking about making the headline more concise. Also don't forget the dateline at the beginning of the body. Good start though!
